Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery - India
The Zevar Bazaar ships to all pin codes in India. We have partnered with top logistics services to ensure your products are handled with care and delivered promptly.

Order Dispatch
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. In case of any delays, we will inform you promptly.

Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking URL and AWB number. Use the tracking URL to monitor your order’s progress.

Order Delivery

  • For India: Shipments are typically delivered within 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the dispatch date. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; please track your order using the provided details.
  • Please Note: A 10-digit Indian mobile number is required for OTP-based delivery. Failure to receive the OTP may result in non-delivery and additional charges for re-shipment, which will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Charges

  • Within India: We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders. A shipping charge of ₹100 applies to all COD orders.
  • International Shipping: Charges are based on the weight of your order and will be added at checkout. Shipping is on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Import duties, customs, and local sales taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns, but we do provide exchanges. To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your reason for the exchange, and once we receive the product, the exchange will be processed. Please note, the additional shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
